CB Adams Going Camping With ACC School

2014 cornerback Jawanza Adams of Woodmont High School has been the focus of plenty of interest from various college coaches across the southeast region. With tons of coaches stopping by the Piedmont school already Adams says he'll hit the road himself to go camp with one of his suitors.

One of the state's most promising 2014 prospects, cornerback Jawanza Adams of Woodmont High School, plans on hitting the road this weekend to camp with an ACC school. The rising junior prospect gave SCPrepNation.com wind of his plans and more.

"I'm planning on camping with Virginia Tech on Sunday," Adams told us Tuesday night.

The Hokies stopped by Woodmont earlier this month and Adams says he is eager to check out what the ACC program has to offer while camping with them.

"Yeah I like that fact that they offer the major I'm interested in and they produce great defensive backs, and a degree from Virginia Tech carries a lot."

"I'm also hearing a lot from Marshall, Vanderbilt, Duke, and Clemson."

Adams is trying to camp with a pair of those schools as well he says.

"I'm trying to camp with Duke on June 16th and hoping to camp with Clemson soon too."
