Wren DT D.J. Jones Has 2nd Offer

The word is starting to get out about 2013 Wren defensive tackle D.J. Jones. After having a monster season last year with Carolina High School the 6'1 288 pound playmaker picks up his second offer of the week. SCPrepNation.com expects more offers to come in the very near future for Jones as he's one of the state's most underrated prospects currently.

One of the state's most underrated prospects 2013 defensive tackle D.J. Jones of Wren High School has seen his recruitment take flight over the past couple of months. After impressing with a Top 10 performance at a Nike SPARQ combine in North Carolina colleges have been scrambling to catch up with the 6'1 288 pound prospect!

His amazing numbers during that combine were indeed impressive but so were his statistics last year at Carolina High School. Jones transferred to Wren High and will make the leap from AA to AAAA play next season. In the past week he picked up his first scholarship offer and number two just came in as well.

"I just got offered by UNC Charlotte," Jones messaged us.

The offer from Charlotte joins his first offer which came from Newberry College. As his film continues to circulate expect more offers and schools to join the race for his commitment.
