This season many eyes will be on 2015 Gaffney offensive tackle T.J. Haney. The young prospect is already hearing from a who's who of college football programs and he's eager to get on the field this coming season to create more interest for himself. The 6'6 315 pound prospect talked about the very latest with SCPrepNation.com on Thursday.
"I got some more mail from LSU today," Haney told us.
Haney says the Tigers and Miami Hurricanes are some of the schools he's heard from lately.
Asked if he planned on camping with any schools this month Haney had this to say, "I think I'm pretty much done with camps for the summer but there is a big man challenge in Union today. All the starting offensive and defensive linemen from Gaffney will be going so I'll be there."
Haney already has a couple of games on the schedule that he's looking forward to in his sophomore season.
"We've got Dorman at home during the fifth game of the season and then Byrnes at home two games after that one."
There are also some schools that Haney says he's really looking forward to establishing stronger relationships with moving forward.
