Demario Evans Profile

The senior season has gotten off to a solid start for 2013 cornerback prospect De'Mario Evans of Ridge View High School. His play on the field has already fielded three early offers and he's hoping that his play will spark more offers in the near future.

Evans talked with about his season thus far and two schools that he'll be visiting soon.

"So far I have 13 tackles and an interception. I've also had a couple of big returns."

"I'm going to visit with South Carolina State on Saturday."

Another school that has been showing Evans plenty of attention as of late is from the Big Ten Conference.

"I'm going up to Purdue on the 29th for a visit. They have been on me hard! I have received a ton of mail from them and talk to most of their coaching staff. I really like that we also talk outside of things besides just football so me and my family are real excited about Purdue right now."

Evans says he's received over 30+ letters from Purdue since they started recruiting him recently.

The 2013 prospect has offers from Hampton, Newberry, and South Carolina State so far.

We'll catch up with Evans over the weekend to talk about his visit to SC State so stay tuned.
