The season has definitely started out on the right foot for Turner and he's hoping that his strong play will turn into additional offers. Turner currently holds an offer from Newberry.

"I have been playing some really good ball so far this year and have a blast. I was chosen by the coaches that review our film as Offensive Player of the Week for the Irmo game last Saturday night. I know that is not a big deal but it is pretty cool for an offensive lineman to be chosen over the skill guys."

Turner says he's been actively taking visits to various schools and he updated us on the latest visits he's taken.

"I have been on a couple of visits the last few weeks. I was at Elon two Saturdays ago and I was at Appalachian State last week. I will be back at Western Carolina this Saturday and Wofford the week after that."
