Landry Assinessi Profile

One of the state's most underrated lead guards will be making multiple camp stops this season to showcase his talents. 2014 point guard Landry Assinesi of St. Joseph's High School was third in the state last season in assists and he's been invited to a couple of prestigious camps. Assinesi gave us the latest news on Thursday.

"This weekend I will be going up to Charlotte to the Bob Gibbons Showcase and then October 5th-7th I will be up in Philadelphia playing in the ScoutsFocus Showcase and the Hoop Group Elite Showcase. I'll also be attending the SCBCA Elite Camp in Columbia on October 14th."

Assinesi was third in the state in assists last season as a sophomore and is hearing from regional programs already. The 5'10 point guard is hoping to have a strong showing at the aforementioned camps to improve his stock and pick up more interest from additional schools moving forward.

Stay tuned to as we'll have Assinesi's sophomore season highlights available soon. We'll also have updates with him once he returns from those camps to talk about how things went and more!
