Ryan Moore Profile

"I got that first offer this morning from Bucknell," Moore messaged us.

He talked about what he knows about the school and football program.

"I know that they are a academic minded school. They have a 98% graduation rate. And they have this saying 4 for 40, meaning that if football doesn't work out then the hard work for 4 years will set up the next 40 years."

Coach Bossard from Bucknell is Moore's recruiter and he told us what the coach likes most about him.

"They like that I am a power back but complement it well with speed and agility when I need to. That I'm a work horse that can handle the load whenever they want me to also."

Other schools have been showing interest and Moore has a couple of visits lined up soon.

"Marshall has been on me hard, I go up there June 8th and North Dakota State on June 22nd."

Moore says he'd like to hear more from the in-state schools as well as Oregon, California, Ohio State, and Oklahoma State.

The 2014 prospect will be making a decision early on in the process

"I'm wide open to everybody and I plan on committing about mid way through the season, like 4th or 5th game of my senior year. I'm graduating in December to enroll into whatever college I end up at for 2nd semester and spring ball. So I'll commit a couple months before I graduate. If I get a dream type offer I could commit earlier though."

The York prospect says that he and his teammates are maxing out next week in the weight room and currently he's at 350 pound on the bench press. He's got a goal that he's shooting for next week.

"I'm at 350 right now but I'm shooting for 385 pounds next week."

Stay tuned as Moore's blend of strength and speed along with his heart and determination continues to fly under the radar in our opinion. We'll have the very latest right here on SCPrepNation.com!
