Sean Smith Profile

With measurements that scream of a prototype tight end on the next level at 6'6 225 pounds Summerville's Sean Smith has been extremely active on the camp and combine circuit this off season. That hard work finally came to fruition as he picked up his first scholarship offer over the weekend.

"Middle Tennessee offered me," Smith said.

"Their head coach, coach Stockstill offered me actually."

Asked how it feels to finally get his first offer Smith shared his thoughts.

"It's a big weight lifted off my shoulders. Now hopefully the rest of the camps will be easy. (laughs)."

Smith won't slow down his travel schedule after receiving his first offer though.

"I'm finishing finals this week and then hitting the road for more camps. I'll have a busy summer. Wake Forest and East Carolina this weekend to kick it all off."
