J.J. Arcega-Whiteside Profile

Helping his team start the season 2-0 currently 2015 Dorman High wide receiver J.J. Arcega-Whiteside is definitely pulling his fair share of the load early on. One ACC school who has taken a strong liking to Arcega-Whiteside will host him during a visit this weekend.

"Yes sir I'm going to visit North Carolina this Saturday," Arcega-Whiteside told us.

"I'm pretty excited about going because this will be the first game I go to as a recruit."

As mentioned previously the Cavaliers are off to a 2-0 start and the 6'3 wide receiver is a big reason why.

He shared his early season stats with us.

"It's been good. I'm second in the area with receiving yards. I have 11 receptions for 151 yards and 2 touchdowns in my first two games."

Arcega-Whiteside said the Tar Heel coaches have been actively recruiting him and have had a lot to say recently.

"Basically they've been telling me they're excited for me to come up there and they said they'll be following me throughout the season."

Tonight Arcega-Whiteside and the Cavaliers will take on Greenwood which should be a huge matchup on the AAAA level. We'll catch up with him once he returns from Chapel Hill so stay tuned here on SCPrepNation.com!
