Andre Stoddard Profile

Late Monday afternoon 2014 St. Joseph's running back Andre Stoddard gave his verbal commitment to Wofford. Stoddard says he narrowed his list down to the Terriers and Gardner-Webb before ultimately deciding on nearby Wofford.

It appears to be a great match as Stoddard has a great blend of power and speed and the Terriers are known for their punishing ground attack.

Stoddard told us why he chose Wofford and what he liked most about his two finalists.

"With Gardner-Webb I really liked their campus. With Wofford I really like the education they provide. It's a phenomenal school."

In the end the pairing of a top notch education with an offense that is so run heavy was too much for Stoddard to turn down.
