2015 Byrnes wide receiver Braylin Collins got some more good news on Easter Sunday in the form of his second scholarship offer. The talented Byrnes prospect filled us in on the very latest regarding his latest offer and recruitment.
"I got my second offer from Eastern Michigan today," Collins told us.
Along with Eastern Michigan other schools have been in the mix as of late for Collins too he says.
The 2015 prospect has been on a couple of visits since our latest update as well and he shared his experiences at both schools with us.
"I visited Wake Forest a couple of weeks ago with my teammates Tavin Richardson and Jaylan Foster. I got to meet coach Higgins. We went around the school and we went into one of the wide receiver meetings. But I really like how fast paced their offense is. Later on after watching them practice I got to talk more with coach Higgins and the wide receivers. Coach is a really cool guy and is up front and that's what I like most about him."
"I also went to Appalachian State for Junior Day and to see their Spring Game. I really like the atmosphere up there. The coaches and players are cool. I was able to see their inside facility and around the campus. Coach Stepp told me that he really likes me and he's just waiting on Coach Satterfield to make a decision."
Collins feels either Appalachian State or Old Dominion may be the next school to offer him so we'll keep a close watch and see how things unfold for the 2015 prospect.
As for now Collins has no other upcoming visits lined up but we'll keep you posted with everything regarding his recruitment so stay tuned here...
