Last weekend Lemon took a trip to the Peach State to visit with Georgia Southern, Georgia State, and Mercer. He talked at length about what he likes most about each of those programs after his visits.
"With Georgia State I just liked the area it was in and the opportunity it presents you once you graduate. Being in Atlanta its a strong possibility for you to find a good job."
"Georgia Southern went really well. I got along with the coaches really well and I really liked the environment and the tradition behind the program. I feel like they'll offer soon."
"Mercer they definitely opened my eyes to their program, they have a lot to offer academically and football wise."
On Tuesday Louisville stopped by Blythewood to express their interest in Lemon and teammate LB Hassan Belton to their coach. Lemon says he's spoken to Louisville before and here's what they had to say.
"They couldn't directly exchange words with us yesterday (Tuesday) but we've been talking a bit on Twitter and he said he wants me to come up and that he liked what he saw on film from me a lot."
Louisville was the first school to stop by Blythewood during the Spring Period but another one stopped by on Wednesday morning bringing good news.
"Coastal Carolina came to school and offered me this morning," Lemon said.
Other schools remain in the mix and he talked about which one he feels may be close to offering along with Georgia Southern as he mentioned earlier.
"Old Dominion I've been talking to them for about a month and they were interested and said they'd swing by this Spring to see me in one of my practices."
The offer from Coastal Carolina joins earlier offer from Charleston Southern, Furman, James Madison, Mercer, and Towson.
We'll have more updates with Dominique Lemon as he continues to pick up offers during the Spring and Summer...stay tuned.
