Over the course of the past month 2015 South Florence offensive lineman Zack Evans has seen his stock take off in a big way. Within that time a couple of offers have already come in for the 6'3 270 pound prospect and he gave us an update about the very latest regarding his recruitment in this quick hitter.
Schools like Coastal Carolina, Georgia Southern, Charleston Southern, Presbyterian, Wofford, and The Citadel have been by in the past two weeks for Evans he told us.
Charleston Southern came by and later called Evans and confirmed that they were offering him. That offer joins Evans' first offer which came from Limestone.
Evans says coaches from both Presbyterian and Wofford have been by during spring practice and he shared what they said to him.
"Presbyterian stopped by that day during school and then they came back to watch me practice that same day. Wofford came and coach Lang said he loved my physicality and leadership. He said he will give me a call soon."
"Talks with The Citadel are getting serious. I got invited to their first game against Coastal Carolina and an offer is most likely going to come next week."
As of right now Evans is wide open to all schools who want to recruit him as he's comfortable with FBS and FCS schools alike he told us before. An FBS school is where he'd ultimately love to end up at but knows the top programs at the FCS level are also highly competitive as well.
