One prospect who blew up last season was 2016 Nation Ford TE/WR Hank Tuipulotu. From start to finish the hybrid TE/WR proved to be a force for the Falcons as he finished the season with more than 1,300 receiving yards and 17 touchdowns. We caught up with the talented prospect early this week and he caught us up to speed regarding his recruitment and plans moving forward.
We asked Tuipulotu if any of the schools he's been hearing from have really separated themselves from the rest in terms of how hard they are recruiting him?
"No not really. It's all been the same with all them. I don't have any offers yet. Hopefully this summer they will start coming."
The 6'3 225 pound prospect talked with us about some of the areas he's been working on so far this off season to prepare for those camps and next year when he'll be a senior for Nation Ford.
"This off season has been a lot of speed training and getting stronger. I am trying to really improve my blocking and route running too."
And one of those schools he's really wanting to hear more from moving forward he informed us.
"Well Stanford but that's why I'm heading to that camp."
Tuipulotu's father and uncle both played at BYU and that program could play a major role in his recruitment.
We'll have more updates with Tuipulotu moving forward as he starts to embark on some of these camps so stay tuned here on SCPrepNation.com!
