CB/WR Jaylan Foster Has 5 Offers Now

It was just a few months ago that we could sense some worry in 2016 Byrnes CB/WR Jaylan Foster about landing some scholarship offers. Well move forward a few months and now he has five offers on his resume and worry is out the door. We sat down with him to talk about his latest offers and which schools are showing him the most interest as of late including an ACC program.

Jaylan Foster Profile

Things have picked up drastically for 2016 Byrnes CB/WR Jaylan Foster in the past couple of months and he's hoping that will continue on throughout the off season. The talented two-way prospect recently picked up his fourth and fifth scholarship offers and he caught us up to speed about that and more in this update.

"Elon offered. That's my fourth offer."

We asked Foster who else has been in touch as of late and he replied, "Eastern Michigan, North Carolina, and Appalachian State all here lately."

He shared what has transpired with the Tar Heels and Mountaineers coaches.

"North Carolina has said that I'm definitely an offer guy they just wanna get a chance to work with me and then offer. They are recruiting me as a receiver. Coach Gunter Brewer is my recruiter for North Carolina. I plan on camping with them and maybe going to the "Freak Show" as well."

"App State has said that they wanna offer me as a defensive back and said an offer should come once they have another staff meeting to watch my film. I really like the coaching staff at App State so far. They play their young players early and they also play a good schedule."

The following day we received another message from Foster.

"Presbyterian just offered."

The recent offers from Elon and Presbyterian join previous offers from Coastal Carolina, Gardner-Webb, and Liberty. Foster very well could see quite a few more offers if he does well during spring practice and he hits the camp circuit strong this off season. We'll continue to track his recruitment as he's definitely an appealing prospect excelling on both sides of the ball for the Rebels.
