Matthew Martin Profile

Players fly under the radar all the time. One who has flown under the radar for far too long is 2016 Westside High wide receiver Matthew Martin. He's only heard from a trio of schools thus far but he's definitely a player college coaches need to take a long hard look at due to his hands and superb speed. Playing against some tough defensive backs last weekend at the Palmetto State Showdown 7on7 he again torched the competition with some huge plays for the Rams as they won the event over host Byrnes.

With blazing speed and excellent ball skills the 6'1 175 pound Martin has quickly become a favorite of SCPrepNation.com. He had 1,000 receiving yards last season as a junior and 1,300+ all-purpose yards for coach Scott Earley's Rams.
