1. Byrnes (7-0)
The Rebels keep getting better each week it seems but unbeaten Clover comes calling this week. Expect the Rebels to stay focused as the huge Gaffney game comes next week. Recent Clemson commit LB Chad Diehl should be extra fired up after making his decision this week.
2. Gaffney (7-0)
Gaffney continues to impress each week out. Poor Hillcrest catches it on the chin again this week. Malcolm Long and company will flex their muscles.
3. Summerville (7-0)
The Green Wave has their sights set on Williams Brice Stadium again. Recent Georgia commit WR A.J. Green & QB Reid McCollum will lead the way.
4. Aiken (7-0)
Aiken has some the hometown buzzing. Irmo gets a big dose of the Green Hornets this Friday.
5. Stratford (6-1)
The Knights have represented lower state football well and James Island is up next.
6. Clover (7-0)
Don't look now but they've got a showdown with #1 Byrnes. Could they sneak former Clover star and current UNC RB Ronnie McGill back into the backfield for one more game?
7. Dutch Fork (6-1)
The Silver Foxes head to Spring Valley for the game of the week in the lower state. The outcome will have a big effect on the rankings.
8. T.L. Hanna (6-1)
Friday's key m atchup versus Greenwood could sway the balance of their season. Surprise folks, more Brian Maddox.
9. Spring Valley (6-1)
The Vikings will need the home crowd support to be strong for their matchup vs #7 Dutch Fork.
10. Conway (6-1)
Time to put the what ifs (West Ashley) behind them and finish the season strong. This week it's Hartsville who'll have to try and slow Michigan commit WR J.R. Hemingway.
