Pigskin Preview

Socastee vs. Dillon should be the Game of the Night. Socastee has a lot to prove since they are expected to make a turn-around season this fall. The Wildcats from Dillon is known for taking the cat out of the bag and unleashing some weapons. Dillon 17 - Socastee 7

South Florence vs. Lake City- South Florence has many expectations, but not even the Crocodile Hunter could tame those Gators from Lake City. South Florence 24 - Lake City 14.

Marlboro County vs. Marion- The last time these two teams met in a scrimmage, concluded in a fashion, not too pretty for the Foxes as Marlboro defeated the Foxes 22-0. This year, EXPECT NOTHING LESS! The dawgs have been impressive the entire preseason and the Swamp Foxes will have to give their all... just to stick with the Dirty Dawgs. Marlboro 28 - Marion - 14

Conway vs. Wilson- The Battle of the Cats! Wilson will have trouble maintaining the dynamic duo- Melvin Singleton and Allen Patrick. Conway 17 - Wilson 7

Hartsville vs. West Florence- West Florence will have the crowd support, but will they have the power to compete with former region opponent? Hartsville isn't expected to "upset" the Knights, but you really never know what's going to happen on a Friday night at Memorial Stadium. West Florence 14 - Hartsville 6

Each contest will last about 30 minutes. Each team is also granted a brief warm up.
