Miami Hurricanes Set To Visit Upstate WR

The dismissal of Larry Coker won't stop the Miami Hurricanes from paying a visit to Upstate South Carolina on Tuesday. They're set to check in with Southside Christian School standout wide receiver Daniel Adderley who at 6'6 presents many problems for opposing defenses.

According to Southside Christian School head coach Dexter Davis the Miami Hurricanes will be conducting an in-home visit with his standout wide receiver Daniel Adderley on Tuesday.

Adderley a 6'6 wideout was leading the state in receptions and yardage through the first 3 games of the season before suffering a broken collarbone. In those 3 games Daniel caught 27 passes for 459 yards including 5 touchdowns.

Coach Davis told us, "Daniel has received an offer from Carson-Newman and is seriously being considered by the University of Miami. Miami wide receivers coach Marquis Mosely is recruiting him. UCF and Middle Tennessee State stand out thus far to him."

"Tennessee invited him up for junior day this past summer and also have been recruiting him since the summer. Daniel is a raw but very talented kid."

Last season as a junior Daniel had 33 catches for 786 yards and 7 touchdowns.

Each year there are a few players that go under the radar that emerge late with major colleges scrambling to try and make a strong effort to sway that talent their way. All indications point to Adderley fitting that category. SCPrepNation.com will have all the latest regarding the fast moving recruitment of Daniel Adderley as we will see just how his visit went from the Hurricanes.
