GHS Boys Soccer Caps Perfect Season
The storybook season for the Greenville Red Raiders boys soccer team ended in dynamic fashion. The top ranked Red Raiders not only won the AAA state championship over Socastee 3-1 but finished their unbelievable season undefeated at 27-0.

Sebastian Velasquez scored Greenville's lone goal and actually was the reason for the Red Raiders' two other scores as his offensive pressure actually caused the Braves to knock in 2 own-goals for the Red Raiders for the final deficit.

The #1 ranked Red Raiders also sit atop the national soccer rankings as the country's top soccer team. Congratulations to the Red Raiders on a season that will surely never be forgotten.

Christ Church Boys Soccer Dynasty Continues
The beat keeps on going for the Christ Church Cavaliers as their boys soccer team defeated Lincoln High for their 7th consecutive Class A state championship with a 2-1 victory. Neal Moseley and Chandler Catanzaro scored goals for the Cavaliers in their victory.

St. James Takes AAA Softball Title
The St. James Sharks softball team was able to hold off the J.L. Mann Patriots for a 1-0 victory and their first state championship. The Sharks scored their run on a throwing error and walked away with the title.

Don't feel too bad for the Patriots as we were informed that their entire team will return next season as their team has no juniors or seniors. Expect to hear more from the Lady Patriots over the next few seasons.

Hilton Head Prep Takes SCISA AAA Girls Soccer Title
The girls soccer team at Hilton Head Prep put the pressure on early and came away with a 2-0 victory over St. Joseph's on Saturday. The state championship caps a great year for Hilton Head Prep who finished with a (17-2-2) record.

The Lady Eagles of Eastside High School won the AAA state championship on Saturday with a 2-0 win over Hilton Head on Saturday. Abby Martin and Brentley Roberts scored the goals for the Eagles who finished their season at (23-2-2). The state championship is the fourth for the Lady Eagles soccer program.

It wasn't easy by any sense of the word but the stranglehold that Bishop England High girls soccer program has on AA/A girls soccer got a little tighter. With a 1-0 victory over the Woodruff Wolverines, Bishop England captured its 6th straight state championship. Bishop England finished another great season with a (20-4-1) record.
