Summerville Greenwave 2007 Preview

Last season the Greenwave's season ended prematurely with a 2nd round loss to the Dutch Fork Silver Foxes. However, with several starters returning on both sides of the ball, the Greenwave should unquestionably be strong contenders for a state title this coming season. QB Reid McCollum (USC commit) will be returning for his final season for the Greenwave this fall. His top target A.J. Green (UGA commit) will be returning at the wide out spot. Reid and Green make up one of the most dangerous passing attacks in the Palmetto State. The Wave's offensive line will be anchored by SR. OL Richard Spain. Spain has been generating interest from several major DI programs. The Greenwave will rely on Jeremy Green to lead their ground attack.
