1. Boiling Springs (2-2) @ T.L. Hanna (4-0)
The Bulldogs seem to be picking things up as they head into week 5. The Yellow Jackets are having a terrific season so far.
Boiling Springs 24 T.L. Hanna 28
2. Gettys Broome (3-1) @ Chester (2-2)
After loosing in week 2, the Centurions haven't looked back. They have shown that they still are a team to be reckoned with. The Cyclones haven't shown me much yet this season, but they still could be a sleeper.
Broome 35 Chester 27
3. Dorman (4-0) @ Hilcrest (2-2)
Dorman has been outstanding so far this year. The Rams haven't. I see a lopsided game here.
Dorman 48 Hilcrest 14
4. Gaffney (1-3) @ Northwestern (3-1)
It is hard to believe that the Indians are 1-3. The Trojans seem as good as ever. After losing big to Union last week, Gaffney needs to step up and show that they can play with anyone. Northwestern is back at home for the first time since the fiasco with Marlboro County. This should be a good ball game, but I dont think it will.
Gaffney 14 Northwestern 32
5. Eastside (2-2) @ Greer (3-1)
Eastside won over Riverside last week, but the other team in Greer is much better. The yellow Jackets should improve to 4-1.
Eastside 14 Greer 37
6. James F. Byrnes (3-1) @ Easley (0-4)
After a loss to Evangel Christian on the "mother of all road trips", the Rebles should bounce back with amazing agility. The Green Wave has had no breaks this season. They won't get one this week either.
Byrnes 50 Easley 7
7. Spartanburg (2-2) @ D.W. Daniel (3-1)
Don' t let the Viking's record fool you, they are one of the state's best. Daniel is always a powerhouse, they have more stat titles than anyone in the the past 12 years. I will give the nod to Spartanburg in this one.
Spartanburg 32 Daniel 24
8. York (3-1) @ Union (4-0)
No 3A team has defeated Union more than the Cougars. York always has a sound football team. The Yellow Jackets, on the other hand, are on fire so far this year. This week the fire gets hotter.
York 21 Union 32
9. Belton-Honea Path (3-1) @ Batesburg-Leesville (4-0)
The Panthers shocked everyone by picking off a very good Newberry team last week. The Bears scored a pair of TD's in a shutout of Clinton. This is an opportunity for 2A football to shine.
BHP 14 B-L 24
10. Abbieville (4-0) @ Clinton (2-2)
Abbieville is a team with a rich football history. With their program it is no wonder why their boys are always good. Clinton also has a rich history, but they are having an off season so far this year.
Abbieville 35 Clinton 14
11. Greenville (4-0) @ Riverside (1-3)
J.L. Mann proved than Greenville's defense could be scored on, but the raiders offense is still 1st class. Riverside has struggled all year sn this week wont be any better.
Greenville 42 Riverside 7
12. Newberry (3-1) @ Fairfield Central (1-3)
Losing to Batesburg-Leesville last week will be a distant memory in this game as the Bulldogs knock off a lackluster Griffin squad.
Newberry 32 Fairfield Central 14
