RNE LB Chaz Washington Makes Decision

It's been a long road for Chaz Washington during his senior season as he was forced to sit due to injury for a handful of games this year. His recruitment saw lots of twists and turns but the RNE linebacker has made his decision. Come inside and find out where Washington will play next year.

After a productive career at Richland Northeast High School 2008 LB Chaz Washington has finally made a decision. Recently playing in the SCADA North-South All-Star Game Washington sat down with his family and came up with a destination. Washington told us that he's decided to attend Hargrave Military Academy in Virginia.

Hargrave has one of the top prep program schools in the nation and there Washington expects the military lifestyle will help prepare him even more for college. He'll get a chance to improve his grades even more and get more serious looks from D1 programs throughout the nation.

Schools such as Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Clemson, Savannah State, Colorado, and Virginia Tech have been in contact with Washington throughout his senior season. Savannah State has offered Washington out of that group.

Washington has already been in contact with the Hargrave coaching staff and once he's approved he will enroll early and get a head start on his training and schooling. SCPrepNation.com will keep you updated with the very latest on Chaz Washington as he continues his career and ultimately hopes to land some high major D1 offers after a year of seasoning at Hargrave Military Academy.
