After watching Graham play 3 times this season we knew he was a player to be reckoned with. Graham ran for 1400+ yards and 9 touchdowns this season. He can dance around in traffic but once he finds his seam it's tough to get a hat on him. We witnessed Graham outrun some defensive backs who had great angles on him on the sidelines and do so with ease. That kind of speed translated well from the track to the football field for Graham.
We didn't waste any time and asked Graham if he held any scholarship offers. He responded, "Yes sir I have a scholarship offer for track and football from the Citadel. Right now that is my best offer. The track coach is ready for me to sign on that dotted line." Asked about that offer he says that currently the Citadel stands out from the rest of the other schools he's been offered by.
With football behind him this season Graham now turns his attention to what he hopes is another successful season on the track. You see last year Graham helped Dorman take home the AAAA boys state championship. He ran on the winning 4x400m relay team which took first in a ridiculously low 3:17.94.
"My personal goals this year for track is to be the best track athlete I have ever been in the last four years. I want to set personal records in every event I competed in last year. Especially the 200 meters, I want to run a 21.9 seconds in the 200."
Graham also shared with us his best marks from a year ago in his major events. "Last year I ran 50.72 seconds 400 meters and 22.54 seconds in the 200 meters."
With many of the members of the reigning AAAA state championship returning including himself Graham talked about their outlook for this season. "I think we have a good shot at winning it all this year too. We have to maintain a healthy team and work hard because there are a lot of teams in South Carolina that are targeting us."

Scout's Take: Graham may be considered small to many by college running back standards but this young man is built like a freight train. His physique is on par with that of a bodybuilder and you match that strength with his tremendous speed and you've got a deadly combination. Graham has a winning attitude and great personality to go with his athletic abilities so we believe he'll be a success at either or both sports should he pursue both on the next level.
