Byrnes Defender Gets Pac-10 Offer

A Pac-10 program extended an offer all the way clear across the country to Justin Bright. The 2009 safety prospect is verbally committed to Florida State but continues to hear from other top notch programs from all over the country. What program has offered Bright and will anybody be able to sway him away from the Noles? Come inside to find out with SCPrepNation.com.

Justin Bright Profile

It's not uncommon for top flight prospects who are already verbally committed to a program to still be recruited heavily by other programs trying to sway that commit. Byrnes safety Justin Bright gave a verbal to Florida State almost two months ago and it appears that other programs want to see if they can make any headway in hopes of possibly changing Bright's mind.

Bright contacted SCPrepNation.com with news of his latest offer. "I got offered by Stanford yesterday." With the Cardinals offering a chance to play in the Pac-10 against the likes of Southern Cal, Oregon, and UCLA is there a chance he's shying away from his commitment to the Seminoles?

"I still listen to what people have to say but it's pretty much FSU for me 99.9% but I'm happy I have other options if something happened." So the Seminoles appear to be in good shape as Bright has been excited about his verbal to Bobby Bowden's team and has been working hard to try and recruit some of his Byrnes teammates to follow he and Everett Dawkins to Tallahassee.

Expect more schools to continue to try and change Bright's mind as schools love his ability at safety and tremendous work in the classroom. Stay tuned as SCPrepNation.com will continue to have more recruiting news about Justin Bright and all of the other top prospects in the Palmetto State on a daily basis.
