Josh Roseborough: Making A Statement!

Fairfield Central High LB/DE Josh Roseborough is picking up from where he left off last season. Last Friday, the 6-2, 215 pound stud was back on the field doing what he does best—wreaking havoc in the other team's backfield. SCPrepNation.com caught up with the '09 standout for a quick update on his performance from last week. Come inside to get the scoop…

Josh Roseborough was simply a terror on the defensive side of the ball for the Griffins last season, where he recorded 57 tackles, 13 ½ sacks, and 17 TFL. Well, the 6-2, 215 pound stud made his return back to the gridiron for his senior campaign on this past Friday night, and needless to say, he didn't disappoint!

"I had a real good game this past Friday," Josh said. "I had 8 tackles, 4 sacks, 1 pass deflection, and 1 forced fumbled. Basically, I just stayed low and used my speed against my opponent, and was able to beat him 90% of the time."

Josh will be looking to take that same momentum into Friday Night's matchup against South Pointe HS. "It should be a really good game," Josh said. "They have a lot guys that are being recruited nationally. I think this is where we are going to make our name. I've been studying and watching a lot of film on them, and I feel really strong about this game."

Stay tuned with SCPrepNation.com as we continue to keep track of the emerging star from Fairfield Central High School.

Note: Josh, is a standout inside the classroom with a 3.5 GPA, and has been drawing heavy interest from programs like Duke and Vanderbilt University…
