2 More Offers For Boyd, More On The Way?

At 6'3 275 pounds Dorman OG Malcolm Boyd is a big-time prospect. Paving the way for one of the Palmetto State's strongest rushing attacks Boyd has quickly and quietly received numerous scholarship offers. How many you wonder? He's approaching double digits in a hurry. Come inside and see what 2 schools are the latest to offer Boyd as he continues to be one of the hottest on the market.

We have always prided ourselves in finding some of the players who fly under the proverbial "radar". For the past two seasons we knew 2009 Dorman OG Malcolm Boyd was a player who had the potential to be a big time prospect for college programs. Watching his game evolve during that time and now during his senior season seeing him receive multiple scholarship offers it's a thing of beauty. Boyd would have to agree.

Now approaching double digit scholarship offers things are definitely on an upswing for Boyd along with his undefeated Dorman Cavaliers squad. Two more offers came in this week for Boyd and he shared which schools are the latest to step up with offers.

"I got two more scholarship offers this week. Georgia Southern and Winston Salem State both offered me."

So now with those additional two offers his list of offers also includes Western Carolina, Presbyterian, William & Mary, South Carolina State, Richmond, Liberty, and Gardner-Webb. There are still other larger programs who are still actively recruiting Boyd as well.

A program of major interest for Boyd right now out of the major schools resides in Atlanta, GA. Boyd says he will be sending out highlight film to Georgia Tech and all other programs who are of interest to him in order to see if any of those programs will also pull the trigger with an offer.

Currently leading the way for one of the state's most lethal rushing attacks don't be surprised if Boyd hits the double digit offer mark within the next few weeks. If he does, SCPrepNation.com will be the first to bring you the news!
