Sheldon Robinson: Making A Name For Himself!

After an astonishing performance at the UnderArmour Combine earlier this month, more and more college programs have started paying close attention to this Lake City High star. After all, it's not everyday you run across a kid who can clock a 4.38 in the forty and post a 37 inch vertical!

The name Sheldon Robinson may be unfamiliar to most of you throughout the state, but that should change relatively soon. To be quite honest, we expect for this young man's name to become a familiar one throughout various parts of the country.
Especially after his stellar performance at the 2009 UnderArmour Combine that was held in Orlanda, Florida earlier this month. The Pee Dee area star clocked a 4.38 in the forty yard dash and recorded a 37 inch vertical.

When we last spoke to Robinson, the 5-9, 160 pound playmaker was drawing interest primarily from Duke, and Clemson. Well since then, a few other schools have been flirting around with the Lake City High junior. In fact just a few days ago, two major DI programs placed in a couple of phone calls to his school. Those two programs were Tennessee and West Virginia, respectively.

We certainly expect more colleges to follow suit as this young man continues to make a name for himself. So keep it locked right here with SCPrepNation.com for the very latest regarding this talented 2010 prospect.
