Schools continue to sift through film and make their needs and wants known for the class of 2010. One prospect who has popped up on the radar of just about all of the major football programs throughout the country is Byrnes 2010 DE Corey Miller. We caught up with Miller to talk about the very latest regarding his recruitment and offseason.
The 2010 standout informed us that LSU is the latest college to extend him a scholarship offer. Miller says he received the call and offer in the mail this past week. For Miller it's another offer to add to his growing list.
This offseason Miller says he'll focus on getting better in a number of areas but one area he'll be keying in on is gaining weight. At 6'4 220 pounds currently expect Miller to try and get in the 230-240 pound range by summer's end. One of the nation's most athletic ends already it will be interesting to see if he can maintain his speed off the edge and add more moves to his arsenal. Currently Miller runs consistent 4.6 second times in the 40 yard dash. Right now Miller says he is preparing himself to help the Rebels for a run towards another state championship come next season.
