The result may not have been what Charone Peake wanted but he displayed the talent and gamebreaking ability against a stingy Byrnes defense in his team's 17-10 loss. Checking in as one of the nation's top prospects at wide receiver in the 2011 class Peake showcased exactly why when he was able to get the ball in his hands.
The 2011 prospect ended the night with 1 catch for 63 yards and a touchdown and 1-1 passing for a 36 yard gain on a pass to QB/WR Johnny Foster. He also took some direct snaps in a wildcat package for Dave Gutshall's team in order to put the ball in his hands more during the matchup.
