Colleges Stop By To Check on OWHS Wideout

The halls of Orangeburg Wilkinson High are starting to pick up a little more traffic during the day. That's because a number of college coaches have flocking to OWHS to check on this 6-4, 190 pound wide receiver prospect from out of the 2011 recruiting class. Come inside for a quick recruiting update to see who all was on campus earlier today.

The name Kintrell Disher is starting to make its way around on the recruiting boards. And several colleges are starting to take heed. In fact, three of them made trips out to Orangeburg Wilkinson High School earlier today to check on the 6-4, 190 pound wide receiver prospect.

"Coach Jim Bridge from North Carolina State came by my school today," Disher informed "He told my coach that he really liked my film and that he wants me to come up for a visit. He also told my coach that I should be receiving something in the mail real soon. I hope it's an offer…"

Shortly after Coach Bridge's departure, Coach Beamer from the University of South Carolina took the short trek to Orangeburg to check on the talented wideout.

The last program to check on the highly talented wideout from OW was Howard University, a member of the MEAC.

Note: Kintrell broke the state record for receptions in a single season with 105. He also recorded 1450 yards receiving and 14 touchdowns for the Bruin in '09.
