Trevin Franklin Profile

After some tough years playing for the Easley Green Wave 2011 LB Trevin Franklin wasted no time in giving his all to try and make his senior season a good one. The result gave Easley a 31-13 victory over West-Oak on Friday night.

On the opening kickoff Franklin scooped up the short kick, followed his blockers, and bounced outside to race 71 yards for a touchdown.

Early in the 2nd half Franklin broke on a West-Oak screen pass and made the interception racing again to the endzone for the Green Wave. The victory matched the Green Wave's total of victories over the past 2 seasons so it meant a great deal to Franklin, new head coach Chad Smith, and the rest of the Green Wave contingent.

This Friday the Wave will have to face rivals Daniel High who are always a power in the AAA ranks.
