Tenn. QB checks in

Tyler Clark, 6-3, 195 pound quarterback prospect from Oak Ridge (Tenn.) spoke of the recruiting process and where he stands. Tyler spoke of the schools he likes and how he thinks his team will be this upcoming season.

Tyler Clark reported, "I do not have any offers." He went on to say, "I've gotten some mail from Middle Tennessee, Eastern Kentucky, and Tennessee."

Of the schools sending him mail Clark commented, "I'm interested in Middle Tennessee, Louisville, and Tennessee."

He explained what he wants out his collegiate choice by saying, "First I want to know I am going to get a fair shot at playing time. Preferably I would like for it to be close to home."

Clark feels his ability to adapt is going to help him this season. He commented, "I'm pretty versatile. I can do a lot of things. I see the field pretty well. I am pretty smart and have a lot of football savvy."

As far as his team he is confident in saying, "I think we should be pretty good we had a scrimmage earlier this spring and we did a lot better than I thought we were going to do."

He went on to say of his team and his plans to contribute, "We put in a new offense and we are running the option. The coaches are going to let me loose a little bit more and run to have more flexibility in the offense."
