Tenn. DB has first offer

Alex Crutcher, 6'0, 195 pound safety from Nashville-Hillsboro Comprehensive High School (Tenn.) is getting some attention this spring. Crutcher spoke about a few schools that are after him. He also reported his first offer.

Alex Crutcher reported of his first offer, "Yes sir, I have an offer from Texas Tech." Crutcher, who has not been to Texas Tech, did not have much to report on the school at this time. He went on to say he was receiving interest from, "Louisville, Alabama, and Tennessee."

One of the schools that Crutcher is getting interest from is Louisville. Much like Texas Tech Crutcher has limited information on the Cardinals. He said of Louisville, "I really don't know much about them. I spoke to one of the coaches, but I haven't been there yet."

However he does know a lot about Alabama. Crutcher explained, "I've visited Alabama a couple of times." He went on to say, "I like the campus, the stadium, and they have a good coaching staff."

It only makes sense for a Nashville player with Crutcher's ability to have some interest from Tennessee. Crutcher says of Tennessee, "I haven't been up to visit to Tennessee yet." However he went on to say, "Tennessee is close to home and it's just a team I grew up on."

Crutcher plans to make the most out of this summer. He explained of his plans this summer, "I plan to work hard, get a high score on my ACT, and just train to get better."

Crutcher described the strength of his playing ability by saying, "My attitude" As far as his athletic abilities he reported, "My agility, speed, and power."

Right now Crutcher is hoping to land some more offers this summer and get better for his senior season. As far as what he is looking for in his collegiate choice he said, "Somewhere close to home. I don't want to go too far."
