The Middle Tennessee Top 12 List

Here is a look at the top prospects in the Middle Tennessee area. Find out who made the list.

# 12 – Cole Tischer – 6'5, 225 pound defensive end from Brentwood – Brentwood High School (Tenn.) is receiving a lot of interest. Tischer is receiving interest from Alabama, Auburn, Georgia Tech, Stanford, and Vanderbilt. This defensive end/linebacker should lead the Bruins into the playoffs this season.

# 11 – Bo Gilroy – 6'1, 179 pound wide receiver from Brentwood – Ravenwood (Tenn.) is getting a lot of looks from Air Force, Army, Louisville, Middle Tennessee, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, and Western Kentucky. This speedy receiver already has one offer from Army and expects a few more this summer.

# 10 – Sean Conway – 6'3.5, 285 pound offensive guard/center from Nashville – Father Ryan (Tenn.) is receiving a lot of interest from Mississippi State, Tennessee, Auburn, Middle Tennessee, and Western Kentucky. Conway has a full slate of summer camps including Mississippi State, Middle Tennessee, Tennessee, and Western Kentucky.

# 9 – Logan Massengale – 6'6, 270 pound offensive tackle from Brentwood – Ravenwood (Tenn.) already has offers from Miami (OH) and Middle Tennessee. Massengale has plans to visit several schools this summer including Tennessee.

# 8 – Jamal Ramsey – 6'3, 190 pound quarterback from Franklin – Battle Ground Academy (Tenn.) already has one offer from Cincinnati. Ramsey looks to lead BGA into the playoffs in a very competitive region.

# 7 – Thad McHaney – 6'2, 200 pound defensive end from Brentwood – Brentwood Academy (Tenn.) already has four SEC offers. McHaney has offers from Tennessee, Vanderbilt, South Carolina, and Kentucky. Look for McHaney to help the Eagles defense back into the state championship game.

# 6 – Wesley Johnson – 6'5, 240 pound offensive guard from Nashville – Montgomery Bell Academy (Tenn.) already has two SEC offers. Johnson has offers from Vanderbilt and Kentucky. Johnson lists Vanderbilt as a slight favorite right now.

# 5 – Dominque Allen – 6', 250 defensive end from Paris – Henry County (Tenn.) is already a Tennessee commitment. Allen looks to use his size and speed on the defensive side of the ball with the Volunteers.

# 4 – Marsalis Teague – 5'10, 170 quarterback/defensive back/athlete from Paris – Henry County (Tenn.) is probably the hottest prospect in Tennessee right now. Teague has 11 offers right now including offers from Vanderbilt, Michigan, Clemson, Miami, Wake Forest, Tennessee, and North Carolina.

# 3 – Zach Rogers – 6'1, 170 pound wide receiver from Nashville – David Lipscomb School (Tenn.) has 14 total offers including offers from South Carolina, Louisville, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Auburn, Alabama, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma State. Rogers hopes to use his track state champion speed to lead Lipscomb to the state championship game in Murfreesboro.

# 2 – Eric Gordon – 5'11, 186 pound cornerback from Nashville – Hillsboro (Tenn.) has had a busy spring with offers from Alabama, Colorado, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Mississippi State, and Louisville. Gordon has a total of 14 offers and is receiving a lot of interest nationwide.

# 1 – Alex Bullard – 6'4, 275 pound offensive guard from Brentwood – Brentwood Academy reports 21 offers from schools like Tennessee, Michigan, Notre Dame, Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, and Vanderbilt. Bullard will announce his choice on Friday June 6, 2008 at his school. Bullard is a very good prospect with very good feet and hopes to use his tools to take his team back to the state championship game.
