Staying a little close to home McMurray explained of Middle Tennessee, "I like that school because it's close to home. It wouldn't be far for my mom to come see me play. I like their field and weight room."

In terms of his first offer he said, "Illinois is still looking at me and they are going to contact me during the season and let me know about an offer. Middle Tennessee is sending a bunch of letters and contacting me a lot."
