McMurray Talks About Senior All Star Game

Arcavius McMurray, 6-3, 190 pound wide receiver from Lebanon-Wilson Central High School said of his experience at the 2nd Annual Toyota East/West All Star Classic, "It's been good. I haven't been to practice for a long time so I am trying to get back in shape."

McMurray, who is a member of the East squad, hopes they will be able to open the game up and he can show his skills. He explained, "We put in the offense and that is mainly it for me. We have been just learning the plays." He added, "Most of its spread and we will be throwing it and running it, but mostly throwing it."

He commented on learning more about some of his new East squad teammates, "I got to meet a lot of them. Some of them won a state championship. It was cool to meet a lot of new people."

As for the recruiting process for McMurray he hopes a solid performance will help things pick up. He reported, "I have an offer from Tennessee-Martin. I am getting looks from Tennessee Tech, Middle Tennessee, and Carson Newman."
