Canyon quarterback Lance McClintock broke his leg in the third quarter in a 44-17 loss to Canyon Randall and is possibly out for the season.

La Marque ended Nederland's 20-game home winning streak with a 30-7 victory.

South San Antonio West Campus dropped its 29th consecutive game, a 31-0 season-opening loss to San Antonio Edison.

Rosebud-Lott beat Rogers, 34-0, Rogers' first home loss since 1999.

Burkburnett beat Bridgeport, 19-0, ending a 12-game losing streak.
