Lake Worth on their opening drive moved the ball inside the Ranchview 20 behind the strong running of RB DeAndre Davis, but they failed to put any points on the board as Gage Park's 43 yard field goal hit the left upright and was no good. Ranchview would go on a time consuming drive into Bullfrog territory but the Wolves were stopped on downs. Early in the second quarter, Lake Worth would break through with a score as Matt Harmon caught a 10 yard touchdown pass from Donovan Vess to put LWHS up 7-0 with the PAT. Carrollton Ranchview would respond with a 35 yard scoring pass from Tyler Lynch to Desmond Comfort and with Justin Hagood's PAT the game was tied at seven with 7:34 left in the first half. The Bullfrogs would bounce back with another impressive drive this time capped by a 7 yard run by DeAndre Davis to make it 14-7 LWHS with 2:17 left in the first half. Ranchview would respond with a big 60 yard run to cut the lead to 14-13 by Lester Fields, but the Wolves would go for two and fail so the Bullfrogs would hold a one point lead.
Lake Worth would take the opening kickoff of the second half and move right down the field and Davis would get his second touchdown of the game from 8 yards out to make it 21-13 Lake Worth. The Bullfrogs would get a big break on defense as LB Robert Frazier would recover a Fields fumble at the Ranchview 40 yard line to set the Bullfrogs up in Wolves territory and once again Davis would cap the drive this time with a 14 yard touchdown run to extend the Bullfrogs lead to 28-13. After a big kickoff return which would set the Wolves up in LWHS territory, the Wolves would get a 3 yard touchdown run from Lester Fields to cut the lead to 28-19. Tyler Lynch would add the two point conversion to make it 28-21 Lake Worth with 4:31 left in the third. Lake Worth or more notably DeAndre Davis had an answer as the Bullfrogs running back would get his fourth touchdown of the game this time from 20 yards out to extend the Bullfrogs lead to 35-21 with 1:16 left in the third and that would be the score at the end of three. Lake Worth midway through the fourth quarter would add two points on the board as the Bullfrogs would block a RHS punt out of the end zone for a safety and the final tally of the night. Lake Worth despite only having two wins on the season took a huge step towards getting back to the playoffs with the win as the Bullfrogs close 11-3A play with the bottom two teams in the district.
