Aledo athlete commits to Utah

Recruiting season is in the final legs and players are starting to make commits. For Aledo High School two players have committed to division one schools while another has an offer. Scout.com has the inside scoop as to the offers.

Aledo High School already has one player committed to a Division one school in Ethan McMillan who is committed to the University of Houston. Joining McMillan in the commit parade is quarterback/defensive back Cole Loftin who committed to Utah according to Aledo Head Coach Tim Buchanon.

Previously, Scout.com's Sonny Shipp talked to Lofton who said he was being recruited as an athlete to Utah. Lofton capped off his senior season by being named the 8-4A Distrct MVP.

According to Coach Buchanon Blane Cheatham has an offer on the table from Truman State. Cheatham is an all-district inside linebacker selection this season.
