Graham attracting lots of attention early on

Waco (Texas) Midway tight end Trey Graham is very good looking prospect in the class of 2009 and he has already drawn notice from some big time schools.

With the Class of 2008 set to start mapping out their futures on National Signing Day tomorrow, things are already starting to heat up for the Class of 2009.

Waco (Texas) Midway tight end Trey Graham is one of those prospects that has been busy already and things are continuing to go well for the Central Texas pass catcher.

Graham was a first team all-District 16-4A selection for the Panthers, who made the playoffs this past season. Graham was also chosen as a second team Super Centex selection by the Waco Tribune-Herald and was a second team Super Centex Academic selection as well.

In addition to excelling on the field, Graham is also a star in the classroom as is evident by his reported 98.5 GPA.

The 6-foot-5-inch Graham has a ton of upside at the tight end position with his frame and 4.6 speed and he has already started to fill out as he weighed in at 224 pounds at a recent Junior Day at Texas A&M according to his father James.

In addition to attending the Aggies Junior Day, Graham went north of the Red River this past weekend to attend Oklahoma State's Five Star Prospect Day.

The Aggies and Cowboys are not the only schools showing heavy interest in the Midway product as Graham has also been receiving attention early in the recruiting process from Clemson, Notre Dame, and Oklahoma.
