On offense junior QB Tyrell Jenkins leads the way, Jenkins as a sophomore threw for almost 1000 yards. RB Telvin Fryman paces the ground game after rushing for over 1200 yards as a junior and 9 touchdowns. The WR's are solid, but a go to guy has not emerged. A lack of depth and experience are major concerns heading into 2008.
Seven starters are back on defense and the headliner is LB Daniel Prior. Prior who is getting major Division 1 interest posted over 100 tackles as a junior and is equally effective in pass coverage. Tobias Washington who led the team with 4 INT's in 2007 leads an athletic secondary.
With the experience Henderson has back, and being in the third season under Coach Meeks I think Henderson has enough to get into the postseason and possibly move up into the third spot but I don't see them getting higher than that.
