To say that the Aldine Eisenhower football team is loaded would be an understatement. Returning 15 starters and a new coach, the Eagles look to soar past last year's 8-4 performance. And judging from spring football, coach Ray Evans has the team on point.

On offense, everything starts off in the hands of three-year starting quarterback Kenneth Guiton. Lat season, Guiton put himself on the map after throwing for 2,293 yards and rushing for nearly 300 yards. He had 27 total touchdowns.

But he won't have to do too much running as he is joined by Curtis McGregor, who has turned into an all-purpose back. He rushed for over 700 yards and had 37 receptions when lined up in the slot or out of the backfield. In the passing game, look for Guiton to have multiple options, which includes Greg Timmons and Jaz Reynolds

Timmons had 39 and Reynolds caught 29 passes in 2007. Look Washington Allen in the line up as well.

Defensively, the squad in led by four-year starting safety Craig Loston, who also plays receiver. Loston had 80 tackles and four interceptions (two of which were the game winning) last season. Allen Veazie also returns at the cornerback position. The Eagles' front line is also noteworthy with players like Marcus Thompson, Drew Moore, and Jay Guy in the trenches.

Thompson and Moore had 20 and 13 sacks respectively.
