Katy Cinco Ranch vs. Katy Morton Ranch
This match up will be exciting watching two of the top quarterbacks in the city face off. Morton Ranch's Joe Mitchell and Shane Ros of Cinco Ranch will likely make this more than exciting with their abilities to make plays and manage the game. Seeing that both of these teams have offenses that can score at will, that leave the defense. And in this case, the Cougars have the edge.
Led by James Radcliffe and Devin Williams, the Cougars have the defense that can shut down plenty of teams. The Mavericks will still get theirs, but the Cougars win.

Katy vs. Katy Seven Lakes
Well the Tigers appear to be back in form and Seven Lakes is next up. Look for Katy to work the ground game, which has proved to be successful thus far. Michael Webber and Vernon Jeffries is a solid combo who may wear the Spartan defense down. Seven Lakes will have success with the passing game, but I don't think it will be enough to put a ‘W' in the win column.
The Tigers roll.

Katy Taylor vs. Katy Mayde Creek
Mayde Creek is coming off a win from last week, while Taylor returns after being blanked by Cinco Ranch. Both have four wins and have a good balance between run and pass (as far as yardage is concerned). Taylor quarterback Lee Rogers leads the way and has thrown for over 800 yards this season. For Mayde Creek, Vaughn Miller has sufficient yards through the air. I don't see either team coming out and just muscling the other out of the game early on.
This game will stay close through two quarters. But after halftime the Rams turn up the heat defensively, cause a few turnovers, and win the game.
