Katy Cinco Ranch vs. Katy Seven Lakes
It looks like it will come down to Cinco Ranch playing for the title next week. Of course, the Cougars have to win this week against Seven Lakes, which should not be a problem. Not sure if there is much of a chance for the Spartans to get in the postseason this year, even if they win out.
Either way, this will be a good game with two passing offenses as Shane Ros and Dalton Livingston face off. Still, this is another win for Cinco Ranch.
Quick note: Of course, Cougar running back Adam Hirtz has more yards on the ground than the entire Seven Lakes team. Enough said.

Katy Taylor vs. Katy Morton Ranch
To put it blunt, this is a must win for both teams, but more so for Morton Ranch. The Mavericks are still seeking their first district win and must win out (and have help) to even have a chance. But, for the Mustangs, this win could catapult them in as well, but need a few things to happen too.
Going by the numbers, this should be a win for Taylor. Quarterback Lee Rogers and running back Steven Sartory have been money this season. Then too, the Mustang defense will need to try and slow down the rushing attack from Joe Mitchell and Michael Vinson.
It will be interesting, but I see the Mustangs winning inching their way to the postseason.

Katy vs. Katy Mayde Creek
Mayde Creek is still in okay shape as for as playoffs are concerned, but it doesn't help that the Rams face one of the district-leading teams with Katy this week. To save a lot of time I'll go ahead and say that the Tigers win, period. The ground game is one of the best in the city and there are at least three backs on the team who can carry the load.
Whether it's Vernon Jeffries or Will Jeffrey, the job will get done. Tigers win handedly.
