Thursday's Game

Clear Springs @ Dickinson

The Clear Springs Chargers come into the week needing to win and get some help to make the play-offs. The Chargers continue to be led by Philip Miller who has thrown for 1118 yards and 10 touchdowns and ran for 319 more yards with 4 more scores. The Chargers will need to win Thursday and wait and see if Clear Creek loses on Friday.
The Dickinson Gators will look to stop the bleeding this week as they have dropped their last two games. Brody Trahan is being missed as much for his leadership right now as for his talents. The Dickinson play-off picture is simple. Win and they are in. If they lose this game, it will most likely come down to tie-breakers to see who gets in.

Prediction : Chargers by 7

Friday's Games

Clear Brook @ Alvin

The Clear Brook Wolverines come into the week knowing they have already qualified for the post season. Which division they will be in has yet to be determined. Offensively the Wolverines continue to be led by quarterback Lane Berry, and running back Brandon Ellison.
The Alvin Yellowjackets come into the this game with virtualy no chance at all of the post season. They have had a good year but seemed to have come on a little late in the season. Stand-out running back Ashton Jefferson will be wrapping up his career at Alvin. This year he has rushed for over 1300 yards and accounted for 13 touchdowns.

Prediction : Wolverines by 17

Brazoswood @ Galveston Ball

The Brazoswood Bucs will see no play-offs this year, but have had a pretty competitive year. The Bucs almost pulled the upset last week for Senior night losing 21-20 to Clear Lake
The Galveston Ball Tors will finish out there season this week, and can hold their heads high as they have overcome more this year just to field a team than most teams will ever face.

Prediction : Tors by 7

Clear Creek @ Clear Lake

The Clear Lake Falcons come into this week knowing they have secured the Division 1 play-off spot, and will be looking to wrap up the district title. It will be homecoming for the Falcons as well, just incase they didn't have enough going on with the game this week.
The Clear Creek Wildcats will have the knowledge going into their game Friday night already knowing the importance of the game. Bottom line, regardless of how Springs does on Thursday, if Creek wins Friday they are in. If Springs loses Thursday then Creek may already be in regardelss of the outcome of the game.

Prediction : Falcons by 14
