Arrange garlic toast on platter. Place 1 anchovy fillet down the center of each slice of garlic toast. Toss thinly sliced romaine lettuce with enough Caesar salad dressing to coat; arrange over toasts. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and top with shaved Parmesan cheese.
(To make homemade garlic toast, brush 1/2-inch diagonal slices of French bread with garlic oil. Bake at 425ºF. 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly toasted, turning once.)
