Citrus-Berry Cooler

This refreshing cocktail can be mixed up ahead of time so you don't have to bartend at the party. When you guests arrive, ad frozen fruit to the mixture and serve the drink from a dispenser with a spigot or in pitchers.

2 (59-oz.) cartons lemonade
1 (750-ml) bottle vodka, your choice of flavor
1/2 cup sugar
3 lemons, quartered
3 limes, quartered
3 (6-inch) sprigs fresh thyme
1 (3-lb.) bag assorted frozen berries
Fresh berries for garnish, if desired

1. Combine lemonade, vodka and sugar in large bowl. Hand-squeeze lemons and limes into bowl, adding squeezed rinds to bowl. Roll thyme between hands to release fragrant oils; place in bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

2. Pour into large pitcher or jug with spigot. Add frozen berries.

3. Serve over ice in tall glass; garnish with fresh berries.

About 18 (8-oz.) servings
