Prepare 1 (18- to 19.5-oz.) brownie mix according to package directions. Stir in 3/4 cup coarsely chopped salted roasted mixed nuts; spoon into prepared 8- or 9-inch square pan. Microwave 15 individually-wrapped caramels with 1 tablespoon milk 1 minute or until almost melted, stir until smooth. Drizzle half of the caramel mixture over batter; gently swirl with knife. Bake according to package directions; cool 10 minutes. Warm remaining caramel; drizzle over brownies. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt. Cool.
