3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons light molasses
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 pork sausage patties (12 oz.)
1. Heat grill. Combine all ingredients, except sausage, in small cup.
2. Grill sausage, covered, over medium-high heat or coals 5 minutes, turning once and reducing heat to medium if cooking too fast. Brush with maple syrup mixture; continue grilling 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and no longer pink in center, turning and brushing with maple syrup mixture every 2 minutes.
